CHAT Project At Temple Judea

On Sunday, Jan. 10, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., The Brotherhood of Temple Judea will host representatives of the North Shore-LIJ Health System and Hofstra Law School to discuss its CHAT (Conversations, Health and Treatment) project. This important and informative event will cover advance care planning and end-of-life decision-making, which are issues people need to address with their loved ones but often avoid because of their anxiety.
