The Photography Club of Long Island (PCLI) is proud to host Dr. Ivan Rothman on Wednesday, Jan. 13, at 7:30 p.m. at the Port Washington Public Library (PWPL). He will present “I’m Alive.” Dr. Rothman’s presentation is about the celebration of wildlife throughout the world. His presentation will be accompanied by an uplifting and inspirational musical theme. It will feature images from his travels around the world including Iceland, Japan, Kenya, Tanzania, the Galapagos and Falkland Islands, to name a few.
Ivan Rothman is a physician with a love of photography and a passion for wildlife and nature photography. His 40-plus years taking photographs has led him to travel extensively around the world. He is a member of the Island Photo Group and specializes in multimedia shows. His favorite medium is large format printing with canvas. He also lectures on digital photographic techniques including Lightroom, Photoshop and software for producing multimedia shows.
