Marissa Buonincontro has been a member of the girls bowling team since her Freshman year. A standout on the team as well as in school, she has a 3.7 GPA and ranks in the top 40 of her class.
Buonincontro has received All County honors as a freshman, sophomore and junior and is well on her way to achieving that honor in this her senior year.
She is currently ranked 15th in Nassau County with an average of 170.9. Buonincontro also has qualified for the individual County Championship round in each of the last 3 years and last year finished in 14th place overall.
The Mineola bowling team’s success over the last three seasons can be directly attributed to her contributions.
