All of the first graders at Heights School participated in the Hour of Code last month, under the guidance of Enrichment teacher, Suzanne Falcone. They joined students from all over the world for this global event during Computer Science Education week. There were more than 100 million learners from 196 countries participating. The Hour of Code is a one-hour introduction to computer science designed to demystify code and show that anybody can learn the basics. This was the first time that students at Heights School participated.
