Hempstead Town Supervisor Anthony J. Santino recently presented Citations of Meritorious Achievement to a quartet of retirees from the town’s Department of Senior Enrichment. Among the honorees was Deputy Commissioner Todd Goldfarb of Westbury (pictured right). The ceremony was held at the Pompei Restaurant in West Hempstead.
