Jericho’s Latest Home Sales

Built in 1960, this home has an eat-in kitchen, living room/dining room combo, family room with a fireplace and a large yard with an elevated deck. Homeowners pay $16,986 in taxes.

The Syosset, Jericho, Woodbury area is a highly desirable section of Long Island, with plenty of shopping, a great school district and a seemingly endless amount of amenities. That is why homes seem to fly off the market with such regularity.
