Employee Caught Stealing At Manhasset Staples

The Nassau County Police Department Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a Massapequa Park man on Tuesday, July 12, at 6:55 a.m.

According to Crimes Against Property Squad Detectives, defendant Mark Cashman, 48, of 221 E. Lake Avenue while employed by Staples located at 1410 Northern Boulevard Manhasset removed full cash deposit bags during the period covering May 10 through May 31, 2016.

Staples suffered a monetary loss of approximately eight thousand dollars US currency. The defendant Cashman is charged with Grand Larceny 3^rd Degree. He was arraigned on Tuesday, July 12, in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
