Jim Connolly and Jen Costa for help with this event. The book group discussed Jean Marzollos’ Soccer Sam.
Then Costa gave an overview of the sport with the help of soccer players Maya Costa, Catherine Hayes, Katie Gaven and Fiona Nicholas. The children did some practice drills and were awarded their own soccer ball and T-shirts.
