West End Civic Association Meeting

The West End Civic Association will meet on Thursday evening, Nov. 3, 2016, at 8 pm at the Atlantic Avenue Firehouse, second floor. We anticipate an update on the Third Rail issue by village officials, as well as additional information that impacts the West End.
