Long Island Press Seeking Freelance Reporters

The Long Island Press is looking for qualified freelancer journalists to cover stories both in print and online. Candidate must have excellent organizational skills, be enthusiastic, hard working and have the ability to pitch, report and write original stories not found in the competition. Writers with experience are sought to cover local news, wine, health care, education, real estate and fashion. We are also open to pitches for columnists.
