Sing & Swing Through The Decades With The Paul Effman Band

Swing and sing to music through the decades with the Paul Effman Band on Sunday afternoon, Oct. 20, at 2 p.m. at the Garden City Public Library. Enjoy the vocal and instrumental hits from the 1930s through the 1980s performed in an elegant jazz style by musicians who have a lifetime of musical experience.
