Bicyclist Killed In North Hills

The Nassau County Police Department Homicide Squad reported that a 56-year-old male bicyclist was killed on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 9:01 a.m. in North Hills.

According to detectives, the victim was riding his bicycle westbound on the North Service Road of the Long Island Expressway when he was struck by a FedEx truck near the intersection of Searingtown Road.
