Adoption Bruno

Gorgeous Lil Bruno was originally adopted from the Smithtown Animal Shelter as a kitten, but sadly was returned when his family fell on hard times. He is a quiet and laid-back guy that prefers a calming environment. Once he gets acquainted with his surroundings, he becomes the world’s most affectionate and charming little man. This poor boy was a little shell shocked when he had to return to the shelter. While the shelter is doing everything to make him feel loved, Lil Bruno’s hoping January 2024 will be the month he meets a hero to permanently rescue him into the purr-fect furrever home.

For more information about adopting Lil Bruno, please fill out an application https://www.townofsmithtownanimalshelter.com/applications or call the shelter at 631-360-7575 for more information.

Adoption Delta

Delta was rescued as the cold weather was setting in with her one surviving kitten (now adopted). They were struggling living in a parking lot on Long Island, where they waited for food every night at 9PM. The trapper was told she was sweet and that they tried to find a home for her but none materialized. As soon as Delta was rescued, she was purring in the trap, so relieved to have regular food, shelter and warmth. Delta is a very low energy cat. She is not interested in toys or play but loves to be pet and truly enjoys the company of her humans. If you are looking for a companion cat or you have a calm cat who might want a sedate playmate, then Delta is your girl!
