Welcome Back Carnival at East Hills

East Hills Elementary hosted its Welcome Back Carnival on Wednesday, Sept. 18.

Current, new and former students along with teachers and parents came together to kick off the school year with fun. Attendees enjoyed games, rides, food, music and ice cream.
