Dawn Cagliano
Cagliano hamlet has joined the HIA-LI Board of Directors for 2026. Cagliano is president of IVCi in Hauppauge and became the first woman to lead the company in 2024. She also serves on the board of the National Systems Contractors Association Education Foundation.
Timothy M. Foley
Foley has joined the HIA-LI Board of Directors for 2026. Foley is Long Island business banking market executive for Bank of America in Melville, where he leads teams delivering financial solutions to regional businesses. He is active with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island and the Mineola Lions Club.
Katherine M. Fritz
Fritz has joined the HIA-LI Board of Directors for 2026. Fritz is president and chief executive officer of Long Island Cares – The Harry Chapin Regional Food Bank in Hauppauge, where she leads efforts to address food insecurity across Nassau and Suffolk counties.
Robert McBride
McBride has joined the HIA-LI Board of Directors for 2026. McBride is founder and chief executive officer of McBride Consulting & Business Development Group in Babylon and has advised clients across industries including energy, construction, transportation, real estate and health care.
Kishore Kuncham
Dr. Kuncham has joined the United Way of Long Island Board of Directors. A longtime Long Island educator and former superintendent of Freeport Public Schools, Dr. Kuncham has led transformative initiatives in academics, arts, athletics, and wellness programs, fostering equity and community engagement across the region. He continues to serve on multiple boards, sharing his expertise in education and public service.
Sandra L. Lindsay
Dr. Lindsay, DHSc,, has joined the United Way of Long Island Board of Directors. Based on Long Island, Dr. Lindsay is a globally recognized nurse and healthcare leader, Vice President of Public Health Advocacy at Northwell Health, and a Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient. She has championed public health initiatives locally and internationally, including women’s health missions in Jamaica and advocacy through the Sandra Lindsay Foundation.
Rick Reustle
Reustle has joined the United Way of Long Island Board of Directors. A Long Island-based banking executive, Reustle serves as Executive Vice President and Retail Market Manager for M&T Bank, overseeing hundreds of employees and thousands of business and retail customers across the region. A graduate of Stony Brook University and Adelphi University, he is active in local charitable initiatives, including United Cerebral Palsy of Long Island and the American Diabetes Association.
Stacey Sikes
Sikes has joined the United Way of Long Island Board of Directors. A native Long Islander, Sikes is Vice President of Government Affairs and Communications at the Long Island Association, advocating for regional business interests. Formerly Executive Dean of Entrepreneurship and Business Development at Hofstra University, she also chairs the Board of Accelerate Long Island and serves on advisory boards for St. John’s University and the New York Community Trust–Long Island.
