The Hicksville Fire Department’s Floodlight Heavy Rescue Company #8 will hold its14th Annual Charity Golf Outing on Friday, June 29. This year, the department is raising funds for AHRC of Nassau County and its Special Olympics Bocce Ball Team. The goal is to equal the $3,000 raised last year.
A contribution of $145 per player, $150 for a tee or green sign or a miscellaneous donation in any amount will enable Hicksville Fire Department Company #8 to support the ongoing mission of AHRC Nassau County. The golf outing will be held rain or shine at Swan Lake Golf Club, 373 River Road, Manorville. There is an 8 a.m. shotgun start.
