Lockwood plans to disclose four little known “loopholes” buried in the Department of Education’s financial aid regulations that could help families – particularly upper-middle class families, small business owners and divorced families – save 33 percent or more off the cost of college. This is information that parents can’t get anywhere else. The lecture is entirely free and completely absent of any pressure or obligation. But space is limited to a maximum of 27 families each.
