Ronald McDonald House of Long Island raised more than $325,000 during its 2019 Keeping Families Close Gala Celebration benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities at Leonard’s Palazzo in Great Neck on Oct. 24.
The Man of of Honor was Pedestals Floral Decorations President Philip Sammut, who has been involved in the Ronald McDonald House Charities for years in between running his Garden City Park-based business. With the funds raised, the nonprofit will provide the comforts of home and a community of support to more than 3,500 families this year.
