East Hills students build paper water mills

Fourth-grade STEAM students at East Hills Elementary School kicked off a lesson on renewable and nonrenewable energy with a splash.

They dove into hydropower, learning how flowing water creates energy, then put their knowledge to the test by
building their very own paper plate water wheels.
