Schneps Connects continues its 2026 networking breakfast series on Wednesday, February 25, from 8 -10 a.m. at The Heritage Club at Bethpage. Tickets are available at SchnepsConnects.com. The breakfasts bring together top executives, entrepreneurs, and local leaders, creating an opportunity for connections, discussions, and insights.

The morning will feature an intimate group of executives for meaningful networking, followed by a discussion with Lou Grassi, Chief Executive Officer of Grassi Advisory Group, Inc.

Grassi will discuss “Leadership Lessons from Running a Large Professional Services Firm.” Drawing on decades of executive experience, Grassi will discuss the realities of leading a large professional services organization, including building and retaining top talent in a highly competitive market, scaling culture as firms grow rapidly, and steering firms through ongoing regulatory and economic change. He will share strategies and lessons that executives can immediately implement to strengthen their teams and organizations.

Club members enjoy these breakfasts along with a range of exclusive benefits. In addition to networking and personal introductions, members gain significant visibility through Schneps Media channels.

“This kind of close‑knit networking environment allows me to build genuine relationships and collaborate with other professionals in ways that fuel long‑term business success,” said Phil Fierro, Managing Director of Risk Strategies and a Schneps Connects member. “I find tremendous value in these smaller, more personal networking events because they foster authentic connections.”
