It was a magical morning on Saturday, March 7, at Carle Place High School, where the student organization hosted a “Princess Breakfast” to highlight the school’s upcoming performances of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella.
The event featured a breakfast buffet, character meet-and-greets, crafts, a behind-the-scenes tour of the set, and a sneak peek performance of Cinderella. Members of the school’s Drama Club dressed as various princesses with Cinderella as the star of the morning.
For the breakfast buffet, seniors at the high school made pancakes and served bagels, muffins and more.
“It was such a great morning seeing our younger students interact with our high school students and share in the excitement for the upcoming performances of Cinderella,” Dr. Jillian Kelly, adviser of Student Organization, said.
The students will perform Cinderella on Friday, March 20, at 7:30 p.m., and on Saturday, March 21, at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
