Village of Plandome Manor incumbent Trustees Patricia O’Neill and Peter Kulka successfully fended off challenges from Eric Kattan and Sanaz Sadjadi on Wednesday, March 18.
O’Neill and Kulka received 178 and 166 votes, respectively, to Kattan and Sadjadi’s 92 and 86 votes, respectively.

This was the only contested village election in Manhasset this cycle. Efforts to reach O’Neill and Kulka were unavailing.
The villages of Flower Hill, Munsey Park, and Plandome Heights each held elections with no challengers in any race, and all incumbents were reelected.
In Flower Hills, Mayor Randall Rosenbaum received 62 votes, Trustee Gary Lewandowski received 58, Trustee Claire Dorfman received 63, and Trustee A.J. Smith received 65.
In Munsey Park, Trustee Regina Im and Trustee Gregory Licalzi and Village Justice John Turano were each reelected with 20 votes.
In Plandome Heights, Mayor Kenneth Riscica, Trustee Eric Carlson, Trustee Mary Hauck, and Trustee Kristina Lobosco each received 76 votes, and there were no write-ins.
The Village of Plandome residents also voted to reelect all incumbents at its Tuesday, March 17 election. All candidates ran unopposed.
Trustees Robert Broderick and James Corcoran won reelection to two-year terms, with Broderick receiving 26 votes and Corcoran receiving 26.
Dunphy, who was appointed in October 2025 to fill former trustee Don Richardson’s seat, will now complete his term and serve at least one more year. Dunphy received 24 votes.
No write-in votes were cast.
It was a low-turnout election in the village of little more than 1,400 residents. Treasurer/Clerk Barbara Peebles said this was the “lowest turnout ever” in the Village of Plandome.
