A Level 2 sex offender has been indicted on charges that he used a hidden camera to record young women changing in a Hamptons fashion show this summer.

Robert Liguori pleaded not guilty Friday at Suffolk County court to five counts of unlawful surveillance.

Prosecutors said the 51-year-old man recorded the models by placing a camera on a shelf during a swimsuit fashion show in Southampton on July 12. An intern for the designer found the camera and the footage was recovered.

Liguori was arrested on Sept. 19 after a separate incident two weeks prior in which Ligori was charged with stalking.

Liguori allegedly lifted up a dress he was wearing to expose his genitals to a female clerk at a clothing store in center Moriches in that case. He returned to the store twice the next day.

Liguori was convicted in 2000 on charges from his arrest in 1998 by the U.S. Customs Service for trafficking in child porn, transmitting child porn and transporting child porn interstate.

His bail in the video case was set at $25,000 cash or $75,000 bond. He is due back in court Oct. 16.
