The 7- and 8-year-old Hicksville Crusader football team recently beat Uniondale on Sept. 30, as supportive parents and the spirited Crusader cheerleading squad cheered on the team.
The Hicksville Football Association will commemorate the program’s 10th Anniversary with Crusader Day on Saturday, Oct. 13 from noon to 2:30 p.m. The event will include a parade, team pictures, fun activities for kids and vendor booths.
