On Jan. 31 at 9:42 a.m. the Levittown Fire Department responded to a house fire on Swirl Lane. Arriving units found a fire where the electrical service came into the house. One hose line was stretched in the frigid conditions and PSEG was called to shut down power to the home so fire fighters could check for extension into the home.
The power was shut down and it was determined that it did not extend into the house.
