A serious auto accident involving three cars occurred in Lake Success at 11:49 p.m. on Thanksgiving night, according to Nassau County Homicide Squad detectives.
While traveling westbound on the Long Island Expressway at exit 32, a 2003 Acura SUV stopped in the lane and was rear ended by a 2001 Acura, which was then rear ended by a 2010 Toyota on Thursday, Nov. 24. The unrestrained 43-year-old female passenger, in the back seat of the Toyota was thrust forward, impacted the interior of the car and was rendered unconscious.
