The International Women’s Conference brought together an inspiring gathering of women leaders, professionals and advocates committed to advancing conversations around leadership, empowerment and global impact. The program featured powerful keynote presentations, engaging panel discussions and meaningful dialogue highlighting women’s voices, power, culture and legacy.

The conference had a series of enlightening panels: Her Voice Panel Discussion, Her Power Fireside Chat, Her Culture Panel Discussion, Her Legacy Panel Discussion and a powerful section titled “15 minutes with Dr. Neva.”

15 minutes with Dr. Neva — the legendary behind the International Women’s Conference — was an engaging section. Dr. Alexander shared reflections on the importance of creating spaces where women can connect, learn and uplift one another. She spoke about the inspiration behind the International Women’s Conference and emphasized the power of collaboration, leadership and purpose-driven action in advancing opportunities for women globally. Her remarks reinforced the conference’s mission to empower women to lead, support one another and build lasting impact within their communities and beyond.
Dr. Alexander, in her line of work, aims at building women’s legacies through her expertise. She has a Women’s Wealth Weekend coming up. This is a strategic growth experience for women consultants, ready to elevate.
The conference also featured two keynote addresses. One was delivered by HRH Queen Naa Tsotsoo Soyoo I, Queen from the Ga State of Ghana. Her address highlighted the importance of women’s leadership, cultural heritage and the role women play in shaping communities and influencing global progress. Her message emphasized unity, empowerment and the need for women to continue leading with courage and purpose.
The other keynote address was delivered by New York State Senator Siela Bynoe. Senator Bynoe shared powerful insights on leadership in public service, civic engagement, and the importance of women actively shaping policy and governance. Her remarks encouraged women to continue stepping into leadership roles and advocating for equity, representation, and opportunity.
The Her Power fireside chat was moderated by Dr. Corrinne Graham, featuring Assistant Commissioner of the Suffolk County Police Department Elizabeth M. Daitz. The conversation explored leadership, resilience and the responsibilities that come with positions of influence. Daitz shared insights from her leadership journey and discussed how women can harness their power to lead with purpose and inspire others.
