Hundreds came out to Wantagh’s sixth annual St. Patrick’s Day parade on Sunday, March 15, decked out in green.

Wantagh Chamber of Commerce hosted the event.

The Knights of Columbus, Laborers Local 66, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, and many other community organizations and businesses marched down Wantagh Avenue on a windy, cloudy day.

The event was sponsored by Embassy Diner, Redline Construction & Restoration, Local Laborers 66, the Wantagh Inn, and Masone Masonry.

At the end of the parade, the parade goers enjoyed a block party hosted by Iavorone Bros. on Railroad Avenue.
