John P. Booth Sr., of Farmingdale, passed away Nov. 9, 2011. Husband of Julie. Father of Donna DiGirolamo (Adam), Debbie Matthews (Brian), John, Jr. (Laura) and James (Missy). Grandfather of James, John, Julia, Aimee, Jack and Anne. Brother of Edward and Elizabeth. Arrangements were made by Arthur F. White Funeral Home. A prayer service was held Nov. 12. Cremation private.
