Jingle Bell 5K Run/Walk
Join the Arthritis Foundation for its Jingle Bell 5K Run/Walk at Old Bethpage Village Restoration. Senior Citizens Helping the Unfortunate
Melody Makers of L.I. are collecting non-perishable food items for the less fortunate. The food, when collected, will be distributed through Island Harvest. A nonprofit organization that will teach kids, ages 8 to 88, to play an instrument and have fun parading, performing, competing and many social events. Free of charge. Levittown Historical Society and Museum
The organization collects, preserves and educates history of Levittown. Holds seven yearly general meetings in the Community Room of the Levittown Library and maintains the museum located in the Levittown Memorial Education Center, Room 10, 150 Abbey Ln., Levittown. The museum contains history of Levittown, WWII memorabilia, artifacts from the Levitt houses, toys, furniture, clothing of the ‘40s and ‘50s, replicas of the Levitt kitchen and the Levitt ranch living room.
