Plainview-Old Bethpage John F. Kennedy High School recently placed second in the POB Challenge, a business competition hosted at JFK High School featuring 24 teams from seven high schools throughout Long Island.
Each team developed and presented a full business plan based on a given situation to local business professionals. Students also participated in a variety of interactive activities to practice team work, communication, public speaking and presentation skills as they prepare for the professional world.
