On Friday, March 20th, from 8:00am to 10:00am, the Town of North Hempstead Business & Tourism Development Corp. is hosting a free two hour presentation on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) at the Harbor Links Club House, One Fairway Drive, Port Washington.
In March 2010, President Obama signed into law the Affordable Care Act which was ratified by the Supreme Court in 2012.

Compliance criteria and penalties have been delayed, grace periods have been extended and the administration of the Health Care Act continues to evolve. The North Hempstead business community needs to be pro-actively updated on the law’s continuing nuances and changes.
