PSEG Long Island: Storm Update—August 5, 2015 11:30 a.m.
Updates will be sent, as appropriate, 2:30 p.m.; 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
• PSEG Long Island has restored more than 72,000 customers since restoration efforts began Tuesday.
• The utility is working to restore the remaining 12,836 customers without power following Tuesday’s storm.
o Of the customers still affected from the storm, two-thirds currently have crews assigned.
• More than 85,000 customers were affected yesterday from a significant storm that took down trees, branches and power lines across the territory.
• The Riverhead and Coram customer offices opened at 8:00 a.m. and have the following services available:
o Charging Stations
o Water
o Ice
• PSEG Long Island has, in total, more than 900 restoration personnel onsite in the impacted areas. PSEG Long Island thanks PSE&G and the other neighboring utilities for providing more than 225 workers to aid in the ongoing restoration efforts.
• Crews will continue to work to restore customers as quickly and safely as possible.

• Once registered, report power outages by texting “OUT” to PSEGLI (773454)
