ssapequa High School Varsity Soccer Banquet Dinner held at the Unqua Corinthian Yacht Club in Amityville. Pictured with Councilman Pinto and New York State Senator Venditto are the Massapequa High School’s Girls’ Varsity team who hold the title of New York State Champions. Massapequa captured a third straight state girls soccer championship with a 3-1 win over Baldwinsville in the Class AA final at SUNY Cortland. Massapequa (19-1-1) became only the fourth Long Island girls soccer program to win three consecutive state titles. This Banquet Dinner is in honor of the teamwork and incredible efforts that these players undertook to become New York State Champions.
