The Second Squad reports the arrest of a Westbury man for forcible touching that occurred between Aug. 16, 2018 and Nov. 19, 2019 in Bethpage.
According to detectives, 36-year-old defendant Edwing Geovany Perez-Bonilla inappropriately grabbed and forcibly touched a 14-year-old female juvenile at her place of employment located at 445 Central Ave.
Officers located the defendant and he was arrested without incident on Aug. 28 at 2:30 p.m.
Perez-Bonilla is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and forcible touching. He was arraigned on Aug. 29 in Mineola.
