Key Elements of Success, or KEOS, was created to spotlight the many inspiring individuals across Long Island whose contributions often go unseen. Each year, the Key Elements of Success Fireside Chat highlights stories of resilience, leadership, faith, and community impact — voices that remind us of the power of collective strength.

The event is more than a celebration; it is also a platform for purpose. Through annual sponsorship, the funds raised for the Women’s Center for Personal Development, supporting women in shelters and others rebuilding their lives.  This year, Geanna Koulouris, Miss Long Island 2026, was honored for her inspiring work.

It was truly an honor to attend the Key Elements of Success Fireside Chat and be in a room filled with leaders who genuinely care about impact. There was something powerful about watching professionals from different industries come together with a shared commitment to purpose, growth, and service.

I am especially proud of Ambassador Dr. Corrinne Graham for creating spaces that bring vision and action into the same room. Her leadership continues to elevate conversations around community engagement, entrepreneurship, and global impact in a way that feels both intentional and inspiring.

What resonated with me most was the reminder that success is bigger than personal achievement. It is about how we show up for our communities, how we support one another, and how we use our platforms to create opportunities for others.

As CEO and Founder of Aspire Vision Foundation, I am always encouraged by spaces that bring visionaries together in collaboration rather than competition,” Yonette Diamond Maynard said. “Long Island has incredible talent and heart, and I am grateful to be part of a community that believes in building something meaningful for the next generation.”

“Dr. Corrinne Graham’s KEOS Fireside Chat brought together different perspectives in a way that felt natural and engaging,” said Dr. Cary Boodram-Wright, President of Wright Visioneer Consulting, Inc. “Being part of the conversation made it easy to appreciate the insights and experiences everyone shared.”

“Serving as a panelist for the Key Elements of Success was such a meaningful and empowering experience,” said Geanna Koulouris, Miss Long Island 2026. “It was transformative to reflect on what truly drives growth — resilience, integrity, and the willingness to keep learning. When we share our stories openly, we give others permission to step confidently into their own potential.”

This was an incredible, high-quality, intimate gathering. It showed individuals with deep expertise in a variety of fields. The thoughtfulness of the advice provided was priceless and not only useful to the Key Elements of Success Fireside Chat attendees and audience members but also to the panelists.
