James Robert Groene, 57, of Oyster Bay, died on July 10, 2010. Husband of Jane (nee Bachy). Son of Robert (Rita) and the late Marilyn (nee Pollpeter). Father of Thea Morales (Norman) and Taylor. Brother of Lynn Reeves (Brenton), Peggy Carpenter (Jeff), Gay DeGrange (Dve), Jon (Rene) and Stacy (Anita). Also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Arrangements were made by the Oyster Bay Funeral Home. Funeral Mass at St. Dominic’s RC Chapel. Interment private. Donations to Hospice Care Network, 99 Sunnyside Blvd., Woodbury, NY 11797 would be appreciated.
