The 2011 MTV Movie Awards are always overflowing with outrageous and fabulous moments and this Sunday night’s show didn’t fail to appease this visceral need. In fact, it kicked off the show with one of the biggest “WOW” moments of the night.
This year the big moment was ushered in by Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake as they got touchy-feely while they presented the first golden popcorn of the evening for “Best Male Performance.” As they promoted their new movie, “Friends With Benefits” they demonstrated their commitment to their roles are they groped each other onstage in front of millions of adoring fans and celebrities alike.
According to the Huffington Post, the two rationalized the moment stating they were basically brother and sister. Yet there actions demonstrated a moment rarely shared between siblings as Mila grabbed at Justin’s privates, and Justin grabbed Mila’s chest.
Yet it was clear to fans that it was all in fun and in promotion for their new sex comedy, which Timberlake made clear stating “What a shameless reference to my penis!” However, this is not Justin Timberlake’s first episode regarding breasts and live TV. As many fans look back we remember that infamous “wardrobe malfunction,” that occurred during the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show whereby Justin pulled off a piece of fabric exposing Janet Jackson’s naked breast. While last nights display was much tamer than the Super Bowl moment, it still left fans in shock as the award ceremony kicked into high gear.
This dynamic moment was followed up by some other equally interesting displays as the award show progressed. According to the Hollywood Reporter, host Jason Sudeikis poked fun at Arnold Schwarzenegger, who recently exposed the truth that he had fathered a child with his maid, stating “Watch out for his next film, Pumping the Iron-er.” The host also took a poke at MTV’s “Jersey Shore” star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, who was recently arrested in Italy for driving into a police car stating “Did you hear Snooki was rear-ended? This time, by a car.”
Needless to say this year’s award show didn’t disappoint the millions of fans and celebrities alike that look forward each year to the wacky and spontaneous 2011 MTV Movie Awards.
