“True Blood” star Alexander Skarsgard and Kate Bosworth have called it quits.
According to People, Skarsgard, 34, and Bosworth, 28, who costar together in upcoming movie “Straw Dogs,” are done and say it happened a while ago.
“It was very mutual,” a source told Us Magazine.
The two were first seen together back in 2009. Keeping a hush on the relationship, even the following year the actress wouldn’t admit to anything– She told People, “We are very good friends.”
Swedish actor, Alexander Skarsgard hit stardom when he took a role as vampire Eric Northman in HBO show “True Blood.” He has since become one of the hottest men around with fangs and in Sweden apparently the Sexiest Man. The actor was voted Sexiest Man in Sweden for the past five years.
Earlier, the cast of “True Blood” appeared at Comic-Con. According to The Advertiser, Alan Ball, the show’s executive producer spoke about the coming episodes and revealed that an infamous shower scene depicted in the book series that the show is based on, that involves Sookie and Alexander Skarsgard’s vampire Eric would be “weirder and dirtier” on the show.
Another “True Blood” fang favorite is Stephen Moyer who plays Bill, a vampire king. The Advertiser reported that he spoke at Comic-Con on a past episode in which he found out that he was dating his great-great-great-great granddaughter. “Bill should have really done more research,” joked Moyer.
