It seems at least two Hollywood actors agree that January Jones isn’t as nice as she looks.
According to E!, Jared Gilmore, who played Bobby, the son of Don and Betty Draper (played by Jones) on AMC hit Mad Men had some not so nice things to say about his co-star.
“Be careful around January. She’s not as approachable as the others,” Gilmore said, according to TV Guide. And he went on “She’s really serious about what she does.”
He said of the rest of the cast, “Everyone else is so nice.”
Jones also received unfavorable reviews from Zach Galifianakis. In an interview with Shortlist, he was asked about Jones’ comment that the actor was the most naturally funny man she’s met.
“That’s really funny because, if I remember correctly, she and I were very rude to each other. It was crazy. I was at a party — I’d never met her — and she was like, “Come sit down.” So I sit at her table and talk for 10 minutes, and she goes, “I think it’s time for you to leave now,”’ said the actor.
He added, “So I say, “January, you are an actress in a show and everybody’s going to forget about you in a few years, so f*cking be nice,” and I got up and left. And she thinks that’s funny?”
He was then asked if a script really demanded it, would he do a sex scene with her to which, he answered, “I wouldn’t want to. I’d hate it. I’ve only had to do a few of those things where you have to kiss and stuff. It’s so embarrassing.”
