The 31-year-old and her 35-year-old husband, Death Cab for Cutie frontman got married in Washington back in September 2009.

This split follows another Hollywood split that went public this week. Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris Humphries a mere 72 days after they said “I do” Monday.
The two wed on Aug. 20, in a wedding that cost a reported $20 million and included over 400 guests. The storybook ceremony was televised as a two-part special on E!.
Kardashian reportedly blindsided the NBA player with divorce papers.
“I’m committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents,” Humphries told TMZ. “I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce … I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.”
“All of us at E! are surprised and saddened by this news, and we send our support to Kim and Kris at this difficult time.
