Anthony Cascione, 66, of Bayville, died suddenly on Jan. 25, 2012. Husband of Linda Jean (Votteler). Father of Jennifer McCarthy, Jill Cascione and the late Chris Cascione. Son of the late Stephen and Caroline Cascione. Grandfather of Anthony McCarthy, who was his whole life. Brother of Gioia (Herbert) Kay, Stephen (Olga), Mary Tortorella (Sonny), Pasquale (Karin), Carolyn Berlangieri and the late John Cascione. Brother-in-law of Norman Spitzer (the late Janet). Lifelong friend of Michael Lauther and James Draghi. He leaves many nieces and nephews. Arrangements were made by the Oyster Bay Funeral Home. Funeral Mass St. Gertrude RC Church. Interment Locust Valley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Anthony’s grandson, Anthony McCarthy’s College Fund would be appreciated.
