Hilary Duff became a proud mom recently and this week, she shared her baby with the world. Duff released the first photos of baby Luca.
Naturally, as most of her announcements have come in recent months, Duff took to her social media accounts to share.
“Baby Luca, 2 weeks old,” she tweeted along with posting two photos of Luca, one a shot of his face and a close up shot of his tiny feet.
The couple named their new baby Luca Cruz Comrie just two weeks ago.
The famous Disney actress made the announcement of Luca’s birth. Duff shared the news through her Twitter account.
“Tuesday evening, we became proud parents of a healthy 7 pound 6 ounce beautiful boy,” she tweeted, also speaking for her hockey player husband Mike Comrie. “We are overjoyed and feel like the luckiest parents in the world.”
“He is surrounded by so much love!!” she added.
Duff left no platform empty, she also made Luca’s birth announcement on her official website, adding in a post that both “mom and baby are both doing extremely well.”
Months earlier, the young Hollywood couple announced the exciting news 0f Duff’s pregnancy on her website, saying how excited they were to have a baby together:
“We also want to share the exciting news that… BABY MAKES THREE. We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives. Thanks to everyone for the continued love and support throughout the years!”
The couple got married in 2010 during a ceremony in California.
