A new Anchorman 2 trailer has been released and is fueling major excitement for the new movie.

The new trailer went viral this past week, and introduced the world to the men of the famous San Diego news team once again.

The team marched to the center of the stage before Ron Burgundy, played by Will Ferrell, announced “Get ready to ride the palomino stallion” to which Champ Kind, played by David Koechner, continued, “We’re gonna be broadcasting from a hot tub full of scotch.”

Paul Rudd’s character, Brian Fantana uttered his famous tagline, “It’s jean creaming time” and  Brick Tamland, played by Steve Carell added, “It’s creaming in your jeans.”

“No Brick, you need to say something different. Something on your own,” Ron retorted to which Brick tried again. “You’re gonna cream.” The team finally gave up on Brick and the trailer ended with, “Ain’t this an old fashion shot to the nut sack?”

The trailer, while it reminded viewers of the funny news team, didn’t give anything away though Internet Movie Database recently released a plot description: “The continuing on-set adventures of San Diego’s top rated newsman.” The cast and crew were not provided on the site and it was not confirmed whether Luke Wilson and Christina Applegate would be returning to the movie.

The new movie was first announced when Will Ferrell appeared on Conan wearing his famous burgundy suit and playing the flute.

“I want to announce this to everyone here in the Americas. To my friends, in Spain, Turkey and the U.K., including England,” Ferrell said. “As of 0900 Mountain Time, Paramount Pictures and myself, Ronald Joseph Aaron Burgundy, have come to terms on a sequel for Anchorman.”

“It is official, there will be a sequel to Anchorman,” he added.

Anchorman 2 will hit theaters in 2013. The movie is the sequel to 2004’s Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy that went on to make $28.4 million during its opening weekend alone. It even made Bravo’s 100 Funniest Movies list.
