Suffolk County police are investigating an armed home invasion in Huntington Station last week.

Three men, one of whom appeared to be armed with a shotgun, forced their way through the front door of a 7th Avenue home and ransacked the residence while searching for money at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, police said.

The trio then fled the scene with money. At least one victim was home at the time, but it was unclear if they were injured.

No description of the suspects was released and no arrests have been made.

Second Squad detectives are continuing the investigation.
