Congratulations to Sue Polansky of Plainview, whose accomplishments as a track & field official at the local, state and national level over the last three decades were recognized at the USA Track & Field annual convention in Anaheim, CA on Dec. 3, when she was inducted into the USATF Officials Hall of Fame.
Polansky has officiated at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, several U.S. Olympic Trials Meets, indoor and outdoor National Championships, NCAA Championship events, in addition to being a fixture as an official at Nassau High School track & field meets since the 1980s.
