Each year, Sewanhaka High School’s Talented and Gifted program competes in a trivia contest to benefit the United Cerebral Palsy of Nassau County. This year’s senior high school winners were, pictured from left, Steven Freitag, Ahmed Farooq, Bryce Lawson and Vincent Cangelosi. The runners-up were juniors Jeannie Alonzo, Daniel Drucker, Nayab Khan and Sydney Saint-Hilaire. All of the students who participated in the competition collected money for the charity throughout the months of December and January.
