RED HOT CHILLI PIPERS

It’s Bagpipes. It’s Rock. It’s Bagrock. AC/DC meets the poet Robert Burns. Where rock anthems sit comfortably alongside the great tunes from the glens and the mountains of Scotland. KINGS PARK ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE

Featuring bagpipe bands, elaborate floats, and hundreds of enthusiastic marchers, come celebrate the luck of the Irish. Corner of Lou Avenue and Pulaski Rd., Smithtown kpstpat.com 12 p.m. March 4.

PATRICK’S PARADE

Event followed by food, fun, dancing, and music at the Donny Golden School of Dancers. Parade steps off at the corner of Courthouse Drive and County Seat Drive in Garden City. 12 p.m. March 5.

BETHPAGE ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE

Steps off on Central Avenue. 12 p.m. March 5.

EAST ISLIP ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE

The parade will begin in front of the East Islip Public Library and travel west along Main Street passing by the grandstand at St. Mary’s RC Church and ending at Irish Lane. 2 p.m. March 5.

PATRICK’S SOCIAL NIGHT

4-LEAF CLOVER 5K TRAIL RUN/WALK 

Four-leaf clovers were Celtic charms, presumed to offer magical protection, ward off bad luck and give good fortunes. Every registrant will have the opportunity to earn a good luck clover shirt at this 5K. Bethpage State Park Playground, Old Bethpage, $30. 9:30 a.m. March 11.

JAMES ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE

For the 39th year, this parade will bring joy to people of all ages with marching bands, dance groups, floats, Scout troops, fire trucks, and more. Woodlawn Avenue, St. James stjameschamber.org 1 p.m. March 11.

SHILELAGH LAW

MILLER PLACE-ROCKY POINT ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE

Founded in 1949, this historic parade brings tens of thousands together each year to celebrate the community in an elaborate show of marchers, dancers, and musicians. Friends of St. Patrick, Route 25A, Miller Place 1 p.m. March 12.

TASTE OF IRELAND

This year’s event promises to be a night filled with Irish entertainment, including The Siol Na h’Eireann Pipes & Drums Band, Irish Step Dancers, Irish Themed Raffles, and more, that will transport attendees straight to The Emerald Isle. FARMINGDALE ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE

HUNTINGTON ST. PATRICK’S PARADE

Famous for its elaborate floats and massive bands, this celebration is also the largest and longest-running Saint Patrick’s Parade on the Island. Parade steps off at the Huntington Long Island Rail Road station, heads north on Route 110, and makes a left on New York Avenue. huntingtonhibernian.com 2 p.m. March 12.

CHERISH THE LADIES

One of America’s most heralded Irish music ensembles has won the hearts of audiences worldwide with their rousing blend of traditional music, captivating vocals, and propulsive step dancing. Suffolk Theater, 118 East Main St., Riverhead, suffolktheater.com $63-$77. 4 p.m. March 12.

BAYVILLE HAUNTED ST. PATRICK’S HAUNTED HOUSE

PATCHOGUE ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE

Parade immediately follows the star of the annual May The Road Rise To Meet Ye 5K. Main Street, Patchogue, patchogue.com. 12 p.m. March 19.

GLEN COVE ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE

A day of fun for the whole family, this parade features piping bands, Hibernians, step dancers, and different local groups. The parade starts on Forest Ave. and ends at St. Patrick’s Church. glencoveparade.com 1 p.m. March 19.

WANTAGH’S 2ND ANNUAL ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE

The parade starts at Wantagh High School and goes to Triangle Park Railroad Ave. Wantagh Avenue, Wantagh, wantaghchamber.com 2 p.m. March 19.

ROCKVILLE CENTRE ST. PATRICK PARADE

MONTAUK ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE

RONKONKOMA ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE
