Adult Division for ages 30 and over – games will take place on Sunday evenings at 7:15 p.m. with an occasional “Friday night under the Lights.” Games are in “pick up” format. The cost of this program is $50.

Adult Dance Classes

Are you looking for a fun way to stretch and tone your body? The Recreation Department is offering dance classes to help move those muscles and get back into shape. The adult ballet class is a fun way to exercise and the classes are geared to remember the “little ballerina” in you, whatever level that might be. The stretch and tone class offers simple dance movements, stretching and other exercises to music designed to add flexibility to your body.

The schedule of classes is as follows: Adult Ballet (Began March 2) Tuesdays at 9:15 a.m.; Adult Stretch (Began Feb. 11) Thursdays at 9:15 a.m.

All classes are led by Felicia Lovaglio, director of the Dance Conservatory and adjunct professor at Adelphi. Each class is one hour long and will be held in Cluett Hall. The classes will run for 10 weeks at a cost of $80. For further information, call 465-4075.
