Chamber of Willistons Hold Fair on a Perfect Day
The members of the Chamber of Commerce for the Willistons held its Annual Street Fair and the day was just perfect.
The street was packed as residents and visitors wandered up and down Hillside Avenue from Willis Avenue, almost to the station as local merchants and vendors displayed their various wares.
In the parking lot next to Bank of America, there was erected a scaled-down park for the children with rides geared to them. A slide and the ever-popular tea-cup, along with a ride of strawberries. The kids had a great time and it was a perfect venue for them.
The members of the East Williston Fire Department were all busy cooking up hot dogs and hamburgers on the spot, to the delight of so many.
